Mermaid Cabana and Tree Houses

amazing tree house in the middle of the nature - we really really enjoyed our days in that little paradise. the terrace was absolutely stunning, especially in the morning hours you wake up with birds, monkeys and golden sun! of course there are insects, but it’s not a problem at all (I saw not a single spider and mosquitoes we’re pretty chilled). highly highly recommend. just one thing is good to know: there are no little shops in the surroundings (next kiosk 10 mins away) for water… and the restaurant options are quite limited — but for us it was no problem.

The surroundings, away from the most touristy area next to a magnificent beach and very economical price for a private room.

When it comes to paying, it is a bit awkward when you are voluntarily asked for a tip for the service.

Wonderful place for an amazing price! It's like a little Jungle with different types of housing, we had or have (still here while writing this) the little Cabana but could take a peak in the other places as well. Theres a treehouse, a little house with nice place to sit in front well protected from the sun and one elevated house where you can watch the sun rise (she's looking at me right now). All places are nicely done, clean and cozy. If you like it nice, quiet and for yourself, this is the place. You only hear the sounds of nature, the waves of the ocean, peacock's and other birds and animals, it's just lovely. Nice and helpful staff that is there when you need them, but other than that we enjoyed total privacy and peace. There are bathrooms inside of course but also an outside shower. There is no Wifi but hey, that's not everything and the place itself gives best connection to nature. I will definitely come back here, before I have to leave first though ;) And we decided to spend our last days of Lanka here only.
