Tuan Nam Homestay

Rapport qualité prix très intéressante. On y ressent une ambiance familiale, et cela nous convient parfaitement : simplicité, proximité avec la nature et convivialité.

On a beaucoup aimé le cadre et l’emplacement. La piscine est à l’abris du passage et est rafraîchissante après les journées de chaleur. Très facile d’accès pour sa balader à pied dans le village de Tam Coc.

Nous avons trouvé le personnel masculin très désinvolte. Pas un regard sympathique. De plus on a essayé de nous arnaquer sur le prix de la laundry. Donc pesez bien votre lessive avant si jamais vous souhaitez laver vos vêtements.

No early check in:/ We arrived at the homestay at 4am and no one was there until 7am; what’s more, we didn’t get our room until 12pm (Normally that’s fine, but the homestay states that early check-in is possible and that reception is open 24/7, but no)

The room itself was very comfortable, and the AC, hot water and wifi worked well. I liked the easy access to the room without having to go through a lobby or reception area. It's close enough to everything that you can easily walk, and it's nice that the homestay has motorbikes of ok quality which you can rent directly from the property. The pool is nice to come back to when it's super hot out.

Not a major deal, but the title is somewhat deceptive since "double room with terrace" indicated to me at least that it would be a terrace just for the room, but it's more of just a common / shared entrance area to four rooms, definitely not private. Some of the staff, definitely not all, were also not very pleasant to interact with and seemed annoyed by questions. The pool could have been cleaned more regularly.

il bagno, nonostante sia grande per gli standard vietnamiti, è un po' vecchiotto, qualcosa va cambiato ma nulla di irreparabile.
