"Very good"

The host is so nice. Rooms are clean and bigger, nice than in photos. Overall very cute place. Nice living room shared area.

Neighbors did put on music, kids, construction. I moved another place after one night.

"Amazing Staff, so generous and helpful!"

We booked a room at Toce House at 1:30am after our original home stay cancelled on us and left us stuck. I called the WhatsApp number given and the man on the phone was extremely helpful. He reassured us that we would not be left with no where to stay and quickly called the receptionist at Toce House to help us out. The receptionist was so much help. She was so pleasant and helpful, even though we had definitely woken her from her sleep! She got us a room no problem, and even offered to help us find a new home stay for the rest of our trip as they were fully booked every other night. The room we had was gorgeous, so clean and spacious with a private bathroom and it’s own balcony. We are so so grateful to her and the guy on the phone and would definitely recommend Toce House to anyone staying in Ta Van!

Quick reply when I need any further info. The staff is helpful and kind. The room is adorable, nice view and nice location. The place is clean. Pho which they provide for breakfast is tasty.
