Nice host, big and comfortable rooms, nice view, good dinner and breakfast.

was located in a “fake village” with loud karaoke in the evening through to the night. The ceiling was falling apart and we could hear constant buzzing from the electrics. No bedside tables so had to use the kettle with an extension cable on the floor. Did not feel good value for money

Great location and my room had an amazing view of the mountains. The host was very friendly and helpful.

the only plus I can find is the location.

The rooms are not clean, the floor is sticky and we had dog hair and even pee on the bed. The shared bathrooms are not clean as well, there is hair everywhere. It is really noisy, especially by the staff and their friends. Price-quality is the worst I’ve seen in Vietnam. Would definately not recommend staying here.

Location is okay and staff is friendly.

Value for money is bad: 30 USD for a room without bathroom. We booked a room with bathroom but ended up without having one. The room itself is not very clean (stuff under the bed and a lot of mold on the walls). Food is nice but a bit overpriced (20 USD for hotpot 2 persons).
