We booked the duplex apartment that pretty much meant 2 beds and 1 bath on the top floor, and 2 beds and 1 bath on the bottom floor. We really loved how comfy the beds and had a/c. Our rooms included water, toothbrushes, shaving accessories, and q-tips which was a plus. What really stood out with this booking are the hosts. Special thank you to Hien who was incredibly kind and hospitable to my friends and I <3. She helped us with out boat tour, bike rentals, and accommodate my friends and I with our vegan/vegetarian diet. It really felt like I was staying at a relatives house because her and all of the staff were proactive and willing to go out of their way to help us with whatever we needed. The whole property has such a farm like charm and the location is only a beautiful 8-12min drive to the main city. The next time I visit Cat Ba, I will definitely come back. I highly recommend this stay when you visit Cat Ba.

Environnement calme, logement spacieux. Personnel à l'écoute, nous a bien aidé pour organiser sortie en bateau et transfert. Location de scooter sur place. Repas sur place appréciable. Fontaine à eau filtrée.

Petit-déjeuner moyen. Logement un peu sombre car porte avec fenêtres opaques.

L accueil et le personnel était très bien. Emplacement superbe.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Love House Homestay. From the very beginning, the host was incredibly helpful and kind. She assisted us with everything we needed – from arranging transport and giving great sightseeing tips to helping with small everyday matters. It was clear that she genuinely cared about her guests and wanted us to have the best possible experience. The atmosphere in this place is very warm and welcoming, almost like staying with family. Whenever we had a question or needed help, she was always there and everything was taken care of quickly. What impressed us the most was the moment we were leaving. The host came out to the street with us and waited together with us for the bus to make sure everything was fine and that we got on without any problems. It was a very thoughtful and touching gesture. We wholeheartedly recommend Love House Homestay. It is a place run with great kindness and genuine hospitality. If you are looking for a friendly atmosphere and hosts who truly care about their guests, this is the perfect choice.

En premier lieu, la qualité de l’accueil et l’extrême gentillesse de Yne qui nous a tellement facilité notre séjour. Les chambres sont confortables et les espaces partagés très agréables. La piscine est magnifique. L’emplacement, un peu à l’écart de la ville est calme, en pleine nature.
