It was so unique and I’ve never seen stars like that before. Just incredible. Diego, Gonzo, Washington, and Jeadia (I think her name is) made me feel so comfortable as a solo traveler and we’re so nice!

The whole experience was incredible. Joaquin was with us during the Via Ferrata, and he was awesome, telling us stories and being super helpful along the way. At the Starlodge hotel, we had Ulysis with us, and he was there the whole time. He was very nice and willing to help us with anything we needed. It is definitely an extraordinary place and unique like nothing else. It was my birthday, and they made sure to make it special, with balloons in my room and a candle to sing happy birthday.

I thought that for the price we paid, the arrival would be a little bit more elevated. I wish they had some sort of "lobby" at the arrival area instead of just tents. Same for the dining tent, it could have been something nicer, an actual construction instead of a white tent. The food was, unfortunately, also not great.

Adrenaline. The experience was scary and wonderful and the same time. Hot tubs were great.

Food could be better.

I had a wonderful stay at this starlodge.The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional — they truly made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. the room offered a beautiful, relaxing view that made my trip even more enjoyable. I sincerely appreciate the excellent service and warm hospitality. Highly recommended.
