Honestly the only thing that was ok was the lication

It is one of the worst experiences. We drove 9. 30 hours only to end up in this place that was suppose to be a 4 star. No Hot water TV Broken WiFi password not working WHEN PULLING THE BEDDING BACK. IT WAS FULL OF HAIR AND DIRTY. So bedding between clients was not changed. Shower was so full of grime it looks like it had not been washed for three years. The lady in reception said the manager was not able to talk to me as he was off duty. And he would send me a letter on Monday. We did not even sleep under the covers we ended up sleeping on top of our own blankets we had on hand for the. Long trip. Really terrible and very disappointing.
