Not a good place

When you see the pictures of the place ,its beautiful,

I booked for 3 rooms, on my way to the premises I phoned them to confirm I'm on my way ,on arrival i was told they prepared 2 rooms and one of the rooms has 2 double bed. After I refuse the two rooms and insist on 3 rooms they sent us to a horrible place the caretaker was busy cleaning this rooms, main gate is not working and the rooms you cannot lock from the. Outside ,and the rooms are not up to standard,I had to inform the caretaker I don't feel safe,and he organized padlocks This place I would not recommend it even to my enemy

The branding is misleading from the onset....there is no UYOLO GUEST HOUSE name there or something else written there. There are no lights outside the building its actually dark and scary. The property is damm dirty that can indeed pose significant risks to human health, as it looks like a home of bacteria, Mold, and it smells rat urine. That environment can easily trigger respiratory problems, allergens, skin irritations, and even infections. So based on my observation, I'm failing to understand how this property managed to be registered and meet standards of BOOKING.COM ??? Booking to this property you're putting your life at serious health risks, as you might expose yourself to the development of new health problems (Allergies, asthma, infections etc).

The property is not appetising from outside, it was not clean with old furniture of 1952. Inside the property was dirty with unpleasant smell that triggered my sinuses immediately. The owner was rude shouting at me after I expressed my concerns about the condition of the property. I had to cancel my booking, as the conditions were too bad to tolerate. I called booking.com to report the case, the owner refused to speak with the representative of booking.com and kept on shouting to me, as the result, I had to leave without meeting any mutual agreement. I would never recommend anyone for that property. Restroom is next to bed n there is no door for the restroom.

Only positive was that its close to the the beach

The room was neat but bed linen was not clean... the blankets smelt terrible Toilet paper was dusgusting. Someone had left a tube of toothpaste confirming rooms not cleaned and cleared properly. Parking on-site was bad.

Location and bed was comfortable
