The location of the property lends itself to onward travel to KTP or Namibia (this is where we were going this trip)

I thought the customer service was lacking. We have stayed twice previously and I mentioned this to the owner when checking in. There was no acknowledgement or welcome back. There are many properties of a similar standard in Upington and I felt that our custom was taken for granted. Also the parking we were allocated meant our vehicle had to sit in the sun all day - which wasn’t ideal. The venue was adequate for our needs, but I think the next time we are travelling through Upington we may look for somewhere else to stay. Also the coffee shop is advertised but not open - I don’t think it ever is open so this is not appropriate to advertise. Also while I hadn’t booked breakfast and we wouldn’t have taken it on this occasion on the first occasion we stayed the owners wert out of their way to make us welcome and offered coffee when we asked - this was not available for offered this time.

I love the quietness and the beautiful garden

Friendly staff and facilities comfortable enough.

No operating airconditioner, showers mouldy and location in semi industrial area with site very crowded.
