The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable

Staff must be trained to be customer focused and be friendly. It would be nice to have the dining facilities open even for breakfast. Please consider providing airfreshner in bathroom.

"Did not stay at the lodge"

Arrived after traveling +1000 Kim’s only to be told no room available after having received a call from the manager earlier in the day confirming booking. The two ladies at the reception did not greet and welcome us and were not concerned with our situation. All in all not a good experience

"Pleasant stay"

The place was clean and neat. Lovely outside seating and garden. Lights and TV were available during loadshedding. Easy check-in and check-out process. Nice shower head and hot water in the Triple room.

The towels were quite hard and can do with a replacement as well as the blankets. Only one sachet of coffee provided in the Triple room. The bath/shower is not easy to get in and out of for an older person.
