Ila Homestay

We had a great time at this homestay. We wanted to climb Mount Rinjani, and we chose Ila’s Homestay because of the good reviews. It could not have been better. The family is very kind, and the restaurant has good food for a good price. The rooms are very simple, but for the price they are totally fine. The tour was organized very quickly, and we had a great guide named Anton. He and the porters did an amazing job. We can really recommend booking a tour through them. The food on the tour was excellent, and even with some rain we still had fun and felt very comfortable. They also prepared vegetarian food for us. The highlight of our Lombok trip.

Bester Homestay auf meiner Lombok Reise! Das Zimmer war komfortabel und sauber, das Frühstück war sehr gut und großzügig und die Besitzerin war super lieb - ich würde aufjedenfall nochmal zurückkommen, habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Everything! The double room was in a very good condition and the bathroom one of the cleanest we’ve had. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and the owners very friendly and respectful

That we didn’t stay another night and didn’t take a tour with them to do the waterfalls and surroundings (we already had one planned and it didn’t go as good as we wanted)

I really enjoyed staying here. The owners are really nice and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was quiet at night so I could rest well before the Rinjani trek. The owner helped organize a private 2D/1N trek and gave clear and honest information about the possible routes, difficulty and options. My guide and porter were professional and everything was well arranged. Communication was easy and they can also help arrange transport. I’d happily come back here
