everything was great, looks like whoever designed and build the place put their best effort in to each detail.

The facilities were very good – modern and well-guided. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was clean. Most of the amenities were well-equipped. However, there were some downsides.

There was a power outage that lasted about 5 to 10 minutes, so I called reception. When the staff arrived in my room, the power had already been restored. She looked at me with a baffled expression and asked if I didn’t know how to turn on the light switch. Of course, I know how to operate a light switch. It seemed there was a misunderstanding because she arrived after the power was restored. However, I didn’t notice any sign of an apology from her, which made me very uncomfortable. Her attitude was not pleasant at all. Additionally, I had asked for the Wi-Fi password through the Booking.com message system, as I had booked my stay via Booking.com. However, she gave me the password without distinguishing between uppercase and lowercase letters, which prevented me from accessing the internet for a while. Later, when she visited my room regarding the power outage, she told me that she doesn’t check Booking.com messages frequently and suggested that I contact her via WhatsApp instead. Something about her tone and attitude during these interactions made me feel very uncomfortable.
