The cabins are nice. The beds are extremely confortable. They have a pier that allows to enjoy the lagoon right there.

The hotel is far from the village, so a taxi is needed at all times. The inclusive breakfast is not good. They served chilaquiles, but they were blend and insufficient. Also, within the cabin there is a bathroom, but it's open. So there is no privacy.

The room was super cute and spacious. The location on the lake was lovely. The breakfast was really nice and different each day which was nice. The staff was very nice, although we don’t speak very much Spanish we used google translate for the things we didn’t understand. But they were kind and helpful. Beautiful sunrises and the moon reflecting on the lake was beautiful.

Their dock/lake front, is a port for many boat trips, so you don’t have much space to enjoy the dock or lakeside without disruption. (Great for them for business but not so peaceful to enjoy the space to relax)

It was located directly at the lake as mentioned. The Personell was nice.

Location at the lake m, however due to the tourboads not really relaxing to stay at the water. For solo travelers especially not recommended or without a car, as it’s close to the highway. Quite noisy during the night. Not really clean I have to say.

I liked the access to the lake. The parking was good.

The noise from the highway is terrible in the room we had, making it very difficult to sleep. The staff don't mention it, and so is an unpleasant surprise when you lie down. The common facilities are tired and need an update. There is nowhere to sit undercover if it rains. There are boat tours organised for visitors who use the jetty making for a less private setting. They had a bar outside but no drinks. Not even canned beer. I was told to go to the kiosko on the other side of the highway. Downstairs is private for the people living there making for a strange setup. Only one of the kayaks worked. We stayed one night and left two days early. I would recommend this place to non families, persons who have low expectations, are on a budget and can sleep with ear plugs. The access to the lake for use of the small sailing boats and kayaks is good, however be aware there are tours and boat cleaning going on at different times that you need to work around.

Good welcome. Staff were helpful & friendly. Lagoon side area was beautiful. Breakfast was good.

The location is nice right on the water and they offer some great sailing tours. The breakfast was nice and the cook was really lovely and friendly.

The Cabana was not comfortable, no space to store your clothes or towels, it was really hot there, no airflow (especially the first night when the electricity was down due to a storm and we could not use the fan). One of the beds had stains on the sheets. The bathroom smelled really badly, the toilet, sink and shower use the same drainage pipe so the smell was terrible. We only had a tiny drizzle of water in the shower. Totally overpriced for the amenities

The old lady that prepares breakfast and Rosita is a nice person

The trimaran is rotten, the rooms are poor and they will send an amateur photographer, giuseppe, with you on the boat to take pictures. I caught him smoking crack inside the cabin….
