Sauna,Hamamul după o zi de schi,foarte accesibilă și de sălvare :) Personal foarte amical și înțelegător! Restaurantul și micul dejun foarte versatil,cu fuziunea gusturilor tradiționale și bucătăriei europene.

Чисто, комфортно, ввічливі і приємні люди на рецепшині. Красивий номер, затишний. Є невелике спа, басейн з підігрівом на вулиці, смачні сніданки.

Я була у трьох готелях (Фоміч Резіденс, Шале Фоміч, готель Фоміч) і Шале залишило після себе двоякі відчуття. Дивна жінка працює у спа - я запитала про масаж. Вона не лише сказала, що його тут немає, а й наполегливо відмовляла мене від нього, бо це «занадто дорого», хоч це і було саме моїм бажанням першочергово. Таке саме з чаном, який ми хотіли забронювати. Вона одразу почала відмовляти від нього, але зрештою це не вийшло, бо нам сказали, що не вистачає води на всі чани. Однак крім цього, вона приємно запропонувала нам чаю і підготувала все для цього у соляній кімнаті.
