Around 5 min from the whalewatching. There is not much else to do sadly in Oslob. The aircon was a big plus.

Very smelly entrance.

The owner is very kind and honest. I feel like I could trust her out of the other locals I encountered. Her husband gave me a ride from the Sumillion Island Resort. She also asked a security (her neighbor) to drop me back at the hotel. She is so nice because I was not charged for the rides. The bed is soft and room just really great for solo traveling.

You should bring your own toiletries like soap, toothbrush, or toothpaste or you can buy it from the owner (it’s really cheap and not overinflated like a lot of the restaurants in the area. The water flow for the shower is a bit weak, but there is a bucket (I think it just a cultural difference).
