Nômade Melides Eco Lodge

Breakfast was really good, with fruit, eggs, good bread. The pool and the surroundings are the must, very peaceful and beautiful.

There was a room still in construction next to ours. there is no full blackout in the room.

Staying at Nômade Melides Eco Lodge was truly one of the best experiences! An amazing accommodation - from the comfortable and beautiful lodge to the idyllic garden, natural surroundings, and delicious healthy breakfast. A great location to recharge and enjoy. The staff really went above and beyond my expectations of hospitality - I cannot thank them enough for an amazing time. I am planning to return!

The lady we dealt with (Karen) was friendly. She made us breakfast that was very nice.

The only heat source was a fire we had to build. The toilet seat was very cold. Shower was small. Not a lot of room for luggage. Tight rooms. It's a little hard to find.

I rarely leave 10/10 ratings, and I did feel the price is a bit high for what you get, but my wife and I really loved it. The natural pool and mini-beach is truly unique and wonderful—the photos here don't do it justice. Tons of frogs to view and listen to (must be very fun for kids). The room itself was very comfortable with a large deck. Very tasteful decoration. The staff was fantastic, as was the large, healthy breakfast. Perfect location to explore the region, especially the many world class (yet nearly empty) beaches nearby.

If you approach the hotel from the east on the dirt road, you're in for a ride, so I'd recommend taking the slightly longer route and approaching from the west.
