Honestly nothing, it was all great

I liked the simplicity and ecological-awareness of the place, the view, the staff (Uyen - I hope that's how it's spelt), the owner Duc and the others. The location is the real clincher: away from the tourist nightmare of SaPa, with only the cicadas and frogs to keep you awake at night. This is the place for people with taste and a fantastic base from which to explore the area.

Le personnel est vraiment professionnel, et l’emplacement qui donne vue sur les rizières est juste magnifique, avec une piscine. Parfait pour se reposer.

The staff were lovely and the food was excellent. The pool and sitting areas all great and everywhere was really clean

Beds a little over firm and although the dogs were really cute and friendly their barking at night was enough to waken us lots, which was a shame

The view was amazing and the location is really nice and quiet, great get-away from the busy city. The room was really comfortable, the view from the bed was stunning and the bed was really comfortable too. it all felt really homely, the staff was really friendly. we booked a room without a private bathroom but the common bathrooms were squeaky clean all the time.

breakfast was tasty, but the portions were a little small for us. we also used their laundry service, and the laundry was done really quickly but some of the items weren‘t properly clean afterwards.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé au bord de la route qui vient de Sapa et sur les hauteurs des rizières. Le panorama , le jardin et la piscine sont exceptionnels . La chambre est spacieuse, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. La salle à dîner a aussi une belle vue sur la vallée. Le restaurant offre plusieurs menus qui sont à réserver sur le Whatsapp de l’établissement, il en est de même pour les petits déjeuners. La qualité prix des repas est bonne . Depuis l’hôtel , plusieurs randonnées sont accessibles sans guide. La gérante de l’établissement parle le français, elle répond rapidement sur Whatsapp, son accueil est professionnel et chaleureux, elle est disponible pour tout renseignement. Elle nous a réservé un taxi pour aller à Sapa ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

La douche mouille toute la salle de bain comme il est courant en Asie , mais l’environnement étant humide, elle sèche très difficilement. Les fruits des petits déjeuners sont inégales , un jour plus , un jour moins mais insuffisant. Manque un porte manteau pour mettre un manteau de pluie lorsqu’il est mouillé.

Le personnel était adorable, les chambres sont très confortables et jolies. Les espaces extérieurs sont calmes et reposants, très agréables. Tout était parfait. La nourriture est délicieuse, les douches communes sont propres et agréables. Vraiment tout était parfait. Loin du centre ville donc très calme et reposant.
