Playa Selva

This was an amazing place to stay made all the more special by the incredible staff.

I wouldnt change anything about the place and would not hesitate to return.

great location upfront the beach , we did enjoy the quietness of the place.

Playa Selva is a beautiful, quiet place at busy Tulum Beach. It has private parking and a shared kitchen with all facilities provided. Our cabin faced the beach with chic interiors and a small private terrace. The place is very clean with friendly staff. The property is very sustainable providing its own electricity with solar panels. It is situated within palm trees which are providing great shade and is home to many birds and raccoons. on the beach, there is plenty of sunbeds and shade. I couldn't recommend this place more and would definitely stay there again if returning to Tulum.

Beach was nice

Playa Selva was beautiful and the house was great and clean. The staff was exceptional.

The location of the property is absolutely magical - the beach is lovely and it is much quieter down on the south part than in the north. The room was clean.

It was very difficult to find a staff member when we needed one (blankets because we were cold, to help order taxis etc). There is a front desk but it is never staffed. When we arrived we were met by the caretaker who expected us to know which room we were staying in. There wasn’t a fridge in the room, as advertised. When we used the communal one, somebody drank our beer. The property’s bikes were all broken. The caretaker let us take the owner’s bike out, which we appreciated but felt a little uncomfortable about.

A complete Oasis! Down from the party zone, so it's quiet and has a perfect private beach. Close to some of the best casual and upscale dining experiences in the area. One of the best communal kitchens I've encountered in all of my travels around the world. Soooooo many amazing things about this property!!! I will always stay here from now on when I'm in Tulum.

Absolutely nothing!! Perfect place, unless you're looking for a party where you stay, and we weren't.

Staff was very friendly, welcoming, accommodating. Clean rooms, great location.

It got really hot and the area can be loud at night which made sleeping a little bit uncomfortable.
