The food. All the meals were beyond expectations

Food was AMAZING!!! Place was beautiful! Grass was cut sooo beautifully. Ingrid was great. The chef was great. Buffalo came and grazed in front of the lodge while we were eating dinner. Saw so many bucks and even giraffe on the drive to and from the lodge. The beds were comfortable and the rooms a nice size.

Would have liked water in the room and perhaps some shampoo and conditioner, and we ran out of toilet paper as only a small amount was on the roll, but had our own so it wasn't the end of the world.

Based on my parent's experience,- overall the experience was slightly good and bad, the food was good, the immediate black staff were friendly and nature was serene

However my parent experienced racism at first hand in the vicinity, where he was told to use the other entrance to exit the restaurant because the white community were having supper in the restaurant at the front , whereas as a paid visitor wanting to have supper on that evening he was turned off by that experience.

The place was clean, staff was friendly, food portions were generous. You could see animals close to your room, a home away from home.

Menu is very limited.

Ein wunderbare Platz, um mal für ein paar Tage auszuspannen. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Lage der Unterkunft sehr gut. Was will man mehr? Wir kommen sicher noch einmal wieder!
