Friendly and helpful staff and lovely grounds and garden. The hostess suggested we go to Katiki Point and there we saw fur seals. Also our room was very comfortable.

"My sister & I would definitely stay there again & I’ll be using them again when I return to Narrabri"

Owners Sam & Nom went above & beyond to make our stay more comfortable. They offered to put me my sister in a back cabin when we mentioned about road noise. They were super friendly & constantly asked if everything was ok, nothing was a problem. They’re a lovely young couple willing to have a go at making this business succeed & so far so good🙏

My only small concern was no chopping board or small paring knife in back cabins. To be fair Sam told us that they are slowing doing all cabins/rooms up & had started with the front accomodation right beside the road. So watch this space😁

Lady was nice and approachable.

No clean towels each day. Had to put up with damp towels. Shower could do with a good scrub. Black crap in the corners.
