Everything was self contained and the location was amazing. Right smack at 100m away from the Furano ski slope.

Great location with an easy walk of the gondola but not ski in/ski out as advertised

Kitchen not fully equipped so check before you shop. Cooking for family was very difficult as one tiny pot and frying pan, no large/soup bowls, one serving bowls, one serving plate, no glasses. Can’t use toaster and cook top at same time or the electricity shorts out. There is no concierge as advertised. The bar next door can help but they are only open at night and this also means nowhere to wait if you arrive early to check in. The loft was too hot to sleep in as we couldn’t open the windows due to the noise so we ended up sleeping in the lounge room which was a pain. Nowhere to store clothes so lived out of suitcase for 16 nights. The bar next door is very loud as people leave from about 11pm to 2am and we were woken up every night. Confusion over the price and no reply to several messages from myself or booking.com to attempt to remedy before we arrived. Booked for 9 (we had both chalets) but ended up being 6 but I think we paid for 8 despite only being left with only 3 of everything in each kitchen (mug, small bowl and partitioned plate). No evidence of massage service advertised. Could not find any other local information usually found in a compendium.

not too much left there for self catering (at least for westerners)..would have loved a butter knife and a few “normal plates” and some glasses
