Very friendly staff, good food in the property-you dont need to go out to eat anywhere. Close to the river/park. Nice garden with fresh fruit.

Quite firm beds, I guess that depends on preference but for me it was not comfortable to sleep. Also lack of cleaning-especially in the bathroom area.

Very nice personnel, great breakfast included. Additionally they also operate their own restaurant which serves a variety of very tasty dishes.

tien's place is stunning! The location is excellent! The food is really delicious and tien and her family are so lovely! Her place is so close to being really great! . Besides, it's really close to the park and her brother also gave us a stunning cruise! So very satisfied and hope the place will improve

Some things we didn't like: the shower and toilet are not really clean, there are ants in the sink and the soap we received was tiny and not clean. There was no hot water available, we had to wait about 10 minutes until water came to the water and then the other person had no hot water. Another thing is the bedding for the bed, a basic thing is to put a pillow for the blanket, this is basic hygiene

Tien is an exceptional host and the location of her property is fantastic to explore the Cat Tien National Park. I highly recommend it.

We stayed in the Deluxe 1 bedroom bungalow and the room was squeaky clean but the moldy smell was a bit off putting. I would suggest to do something about it though i understand that the humid climate can be a challenge.

Tien was so helpful with booking tours and then when we were leaving booking a bus for us and organising a taxi to help us get to the bus. Tien even made a birthday cake for my son. Beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were super clean. This place is a really nice place to stay as the owner works here and is extremely helpful. Great English.

Rooms have mosquito nets over the beds and there are seats on the porch to relax and enjoy the beautiful garden which grows a myriad of fruits. Friendly staff and welcomed with a delicious lychee iced tea. Great food. The lodge offers bicycles which we would recommend as although it costs 100k Dn to take them across the river this is the same price as the hire bikes (for half a day) which are not well maintained. We had one which broke after 300m. Fortunately not too far to walk back and exchange.

The shower was closer to the door than the toilet so you always walked on a wet floor to get to the toilet. The toilet seat had snapped in 2 and was held together by cello tape. The mattresses on the beds were very hard. We didn’t mind but this wouldn’t suit everyone. The pricing for the river boat trip was inflated 500 Dn v’s 300 Dn being offered by the riverside restaurant who actually took us out. The transfer to the sleeper bus was similarly inflated given that it was a very short distance away. We were told Grab taxi app didn’t work in the countryside but not sure if that was true.
