"Miserable with no electricity or Wi-Fi"

The place was convenient and clean.

The support was terrible, there was load shedding, there was no electricity or backup in this place. The wasn’t Wi-Fi at this place. It was just a place to sleep with no electricity. It was miserable especially for someone who was traveling with a child. In the morning I asked for help to clean my child’s bottles, got no response from management. It just wasn’t nice at all, I’m glad I only booked one night here!
