Spacious rooms and cleanliness

The knocking and almost jettisoning when it was check out time. I had exceeded this with a 20 minutes, understandly as I checked in after 20h00 from a very long drive.

The location was perfect

I didn't like that I booked a Superior chalet that had couches and was bigger. But when I get there I was given a small chalet and told it what I booked and when I show them the photos of the chalet I specifically chosen and the one I choose had a courtesy of chocolate but there were not there since I was given a room I didn't pay for. I was told they all the same size but even the small kid could tell, the one I was given was not what I paid for..! And ask to change the room, but was told I can't change since I booked via Booking. Com/online
