No wifi No TV in bar area Massage room can only accommodate one person at a time, not ideal for couples

The staff is friendly and they go out of their way to ensure that you are comfortable, they also suggest activities that you can do around the area. The service is exceptional.

They should look into the menu and cater according to the clientele as I have observed that we choose the same breakfast and the same supper daily, they should also look into introducing activities like quad biking, archery and so forth.

Friendly host and staff and the setting was perfect for a number of activities in the surrounding area. Onsite restaurant has limited menu but the host was more than happy to make meals based on request! Will definitely return to Mokoya Lodge!

There were two conferences during our stay and the first night the party went late - fortunately we were tired from jetlag so didnt make a difference.

The owners lying about Booking.com messing up our booking and not taking accountability to double booking 1 room. We were told how that room is always booked by their customer who has been coming there for 8years like our money was worthless. Raymond is rude!

The meals were well-prepared, smartly and politely served and prompt. The chalets were very well appointed and spotless. Best of all was the tranquility - absolutely wonderful. Even the small tribe of monkeys which visited were polite enough to be silent and only mildly inquisitive from a distance!

My only concern was the height of the raised edges of the entrance road cross-drainage channels which scraped worryingly on the underside of my car.
