Butterfly cabin

Siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria, e dai suoi due fantastici amici a quattro zampe: un cane e un gatto dolcissimi. La baita per la mia famiglia di quattro persone è risultata perfetta: molto accogliente, pulitissima, completa di tutto il necessario - compresa la cucina- e in mezzo al verde in una zona stupenda. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Abbiamo dormito benissimo e se ne avremo l’occasione sicuramente torneremo!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Wholesome Little Escape at the Butterfly Cabin Stayed at the Butterfly Cabin last night and honestly? Pure bliss. The cabin itself is cozy, peaceful, and tucked away just enough to feel like your own little nature hideout. But the real stars of the morning? A super sweet cat and dog who casually strolled up to the door like they owned the place (and honestly, they probably do). They were so chill—just popped over to say hello, get a few cuddles, and make us feel right at home. Instant serotonin. If you're looking for a relaxing stay with some serious cozy vibes and furry friends to brighten your morning, this is the spot. Would 100% come back!

Hosts were very accommodating and it was very clean. Only 30 min drive to Limerick.

Bucolic setting and lovely host.

It didn’t bother me, but for those fearful of spiders, there were many spiders and webs both indoors and out.

The cabin was large and roomy with a kitchen. My teenagers appreciated having a TV with streaming capabilities. The beds were nice and comfortable. We had a nice visit from the owner's dog which was a highlight of our day.

There was not shampoo,.conditioner, or body wash in the bathroom. That would have been a nice touch.

- it was quiet, spacious, and private - we slept comfortably - the host, Fiona, was approachable, welcoming, and helpful - we liked the animals (host’s pets), Sam and Derry - the kitchen was functional and well-equipped - we liked that there were extra blankets - I liked that the water was from the owner’s own well - appreciated the book provided by the host with important information about the cabin and attractions in the area

- there were not enough seats on the sofa/living room for all 5 of us. The kids fought over who got to sit on it. I suggest adding another sofa since the cabin can accommodate 5. - the location was not ideal for what we had planned for our holiday - I expected the cabin to have a separate driveway, so I drove past it almost twice. I suggest informing future guests that the cabin is on the same property as the main house. - we wished the cabin would have come equipped with a coatrack and hooks/towel bars to hang our coats, backpacks, and towels.
