Holiday Village Ostrog

- very well located next to the Ostrog Monastry - we were very well welcomed by the owners and the neighbour (Anka) who even offered us some coffee while waiting for the room to be ready - great view on the valley - charming and typical building and very well maintained - easy access to the place with a parking space (though the road is narrow but as everywhere else in the mountain)

- we were expecting a quiet place but unfortunately the road is the only access to the monastry and there a lot of cars passing by at all time (even during the night and early morning) and some of them are honking whatever the time of the day - you may not like this place if you are sensitive to noise and to light (because the room has no occulting curtains)

This mountain house few kilometers close to Ostrog was absolutely stunning! It is an ideal option for families or group of friends. All photos are totally authentic. I have travelled a lot, and this accommodation is a top winner on my list. Kitchen was equipped so much, better than my own :) We felt like somebody gave us their home to live and not the place to rent! There are cheaper options in Niksic and Danilovgrad, but this home provides the next level experience. If you plan to visit Ostrog, I recommend this house with my whole heart. It provides peace, fresh air, comfy beds, stunning views and the divine energy as it is very close to Ostrog Monastery.

.Very close to the Ostrog Monastery. Perfect location. The owner was very helpful and great host. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The views are beautiful.

Great communication from the host, who went out of his way to organise local transport and to keep in touch with us. A lovely spot along the mountain pass, with a great little restaurant less than a kilometre down the road. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The grounds were a little run down, overgrown gardens and rampant vines. Definitely in need of a little TLC.
