Humbly ask the management to include some necessities in the room. For example, inclusion of beer/wine openers.

Communication between us and reception was clear, after hours at the gate to what to do and to get the keys and entry was clear and visible.

Compliment to the staff that made us breakfast, very good, well done.

An excellent place to stay in the old east. Staff are really good, and friendly. All the standards are very high.

Room 4 just gets a bit too much noise from the entrance lobby. This could be sorted out by adding sound deadening materil to the door which leads onto the foyer. The room itself is of aa very high standard.
