I liked the rooms were in the town.

No complimentary breakfast! The rooms did not have a proper fan. It was hot! And they did not turn on AC either. In fact they turned off the AC switch. They charge extra 500 for early check in. Which are rates not mentioned during booking. They charge higher compared to hotel around them. If they need to improve they have to reduce their rates. Or provide better value. And it’s very wrong they charge for early check in even when they don’t have other guests. I also wanted to mention, the hotel did give back the 500 after calling and informing booking.com. The reason I put this review up is because I had forgotten I won’t review this place, but then booking.com has just sent a message to review now. Also, because the owner ran the place as a business and not a service. The other reason is because after having a conversation with bookin.com, the owner gave back 500 but they still ran the place as a business. Which means… Inspite of telling them I don’t want the 500 back and I wanted to check out at 2 PM. They forced us to check out at 12 in the afternoon. Also, they had turned of the main AC switch. The main issue is the place is run like a business centre and not a service even though this is a hospitality industry. I’m writing this only because it’s hotel that has great potential, but hospitality is not just about running a hotel centre but about the people and what you provide them with value. You need to care for people, not just give them some space. The care part was missing which I see in most places I visit. I hope this place changes their mind and becomes more considerate. I would recommend this space, but just that they need to consider their guests. Not charge them for early check in and throw them out by 12 even after requesting for an extra hour, especially when we were the only guests there. I don’t like to write anything negative, but I wish people were more understanding towards their guests and not so money-minded!
