Orahovo Cottages

Best thing was the quick, excellent communication with Milan. He not only gave us recommendations and info from the day we booked until the day we arrived. He even sent us photos for excursions and booked a perfect sunset boat cruise for us. Possibly the best communication with any host ever. Thanks Milan for taking care of us and making sure we have everything we needed or wanted! Isolated quiet location. Away from noise. Wonderful sounds of nature.

The road was a bit tricky but after driving in Montenegro, no big deal. It actually turned into a great part of the stay, once we learned from the host there’s an alternative route which isn’t on Google because it goes through a river that’s impassable during the rainy season. Totally cool!!!

Chalet superbe, avec tous les équipements. Personnel très accueillant. Proche du lac Skadar et nous a même proposé un trajet en bateau pour découvrir le lac. Je recommande.

We are a family of four and we loved our time in the cottage. It is modern and well-equipped in a quiet location away from the bustle of Virpazar (about a 25 minute walk or a 5 minute drive) with spacious parking at the front. Our host Milan was great with communication and very helpful. He arranged a boat trip to the village of Karuc (his brother was our captain for the day) and we really enjoyed the trip and the food and a swim in the lake. We also took some walks along the quiet road and little river (the Camp River Cafe is less than ten minutes for a drink and a snack). One tip - Google maps does not show that the road goes all the way to the Kalamper petrol station on the M2, but it does.

Only very minor point is that the bathroom is quite small and a larger person might find it difficult to manoeuvre.

Milan est très accueillant et sympathique et ce depuis le début que nous avons réservé. Le cottage est chaleureux et situé dans un endroit calme, à seulement 5 minutes en voiture de Virpazar. Un excellent rapport qualité prix. Nous avons également profité d’une superbe excursion en bateau sur le lac Skadar - une expérience que nous recommandons vivement !
