Please note that in the case of damage or loss to the property, guests will be charged for the full value of the damage done. Please note that inadequate behavior by guests, including bothering other guests, will result in the guest being expelled from the property, as well as legal action being taken where necessary. Pets are allowed in some of the rooms only, and under request (Pets are not allowed in Deluxe Double Room with Balcony). Please note that additional charges may apply.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
