Bush Lovers Lodge

Such a great break away from home. The host and ladies were super friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. We had a starter which comprises of muesli, yogurt and fruit followed by a proper breakfast with eggs, sausages, bacona, toast and mushrooms. You make your selection of breakfast items upon arrival. We were offered hot drinks and had juice as well. The house was peaceful and really enjoyed our stay.

The dirt road leading up to the premises may be a bit rough if you have tiny wheels on your car but what can one expect on a bush stay. :)

The lodge is lovely, the rooms beautiful. No 4 was a treat.Breakfast and staff excellent. For a super rest, top marks.

Advertising misleading re game watching. No game drive for us due to only 2 of and hunting season and self drive only 4x4 which was NOT known to despite asking about bringing an ordinary car there. Drove around a bit till could go no more and did not see 1 animal. Very suspect. There is a giraffe on the advert! Just saw resident Nyalas. Only 2 of us there 2 nights. I went to relax and to see some game, the first scores 5/5, the game -5/5!!

Breakfast was excellent! Compliments to the chef and staff.

Guests checking in late at night was disturbing.
