Customer service was not that great.. had to call more than a few times. There was a confusion with my booking. not a great experience.

The location just off main street of Mazamitla and the responsiveness of the staff. The fireplace was also a great add to the stay, especially to roast some sausages and marshmallows :3 Also there are kitchen stuff that allows you to cook in the cabin.

Although in general the accommodation was clean, the paint of the cabin was a little old, which may give the feeling of not cleaned room. At instants, the street noise can be heard in the room, but in general we had a quiet night.

Location location couldn’t be better, it was close to the center. The villas in general are very cute , mine was little, the bathroom was next to the kitchen on the first floor and had a leak . Yo go to the bathroom you had to go downstairs 10 steps, they have a free coffee. The beds were not too comfortable and they smelled like dirt or old , I can’t describe the smell. I probably will stay again here if they have available a bigger one because the location is very good ♥️ the place has a fireplace with wood for $50 pesos it has a nice garden, also a little outside kiosko with seats and water .
