We liked the fact this property was surrounded by nature and beautiful views. The hot tub was a very good size and there was no time frame we couldn’t use it. There was no issue with noise and making noise. The kitchen area was nice and basic cutlery and cooking utensils were provided. The towels provided smelt fresh and clean. There was underfloor heating which was really and the pod itself was quite cosy and small.

The fact that if you use too much warm/hot water then the water is just freezing cold. The bed sheets weren’t the cleanest and pillows were too thin. The communal area has the BBQ and fire pit but the BBQ looked filthy and have to pay extra for logs to use the fire pit. The hot tub was a very good size but the water inside wasn’t the cleanest as there were dead flys in there and little bits of dirt. No salt and pepper provided or basic necessities such as milk, drinks etc.. Would have thought they would be included in the hefty price. There was a TV with Netflix and YouTube but Netflix for some reason did not work. I requested birthday package with banners and balloons and chocolate. For some reason there was a congratulation balloon and 2 pink old banners. There was no proper space to put clothes like a wardrobe or rail.

The pods were very clean, comfortable with lovely outdoor furniture and a hot tub. Staff were friendly and happy to help. The firepit, bbq amd games area was fabulous for the kids
