Customer service was not great - gave key and said ok bye have a good day - I would say if they could light up outside more for the balcony would be nice

The staff were very friendly and helpful we had a problem with hot water that was sorted straight away

Lovely setting overlooking the lake, peaceful & relaxing cabin, if you are into nature & birds then this is a nice spot to sit & watch the birds on the water & even the fish jumping out of the water, nice watching the sun go down, comfy bed & good shower

We were disappointed that the room was missing the advertised fridge, annoying for us as we couldn't refrigerate our small amount of snacks & drinks, the previous guests who had stayed few months ago had left message in guest book about the missing fridge, so they hadn't replaced it! Also we felt the breakfast options in the main clubhouse had a small menu which was only hot meals, there wasn't a choice of cereal, yoghurt juice etc that could of easily been laid out on a table. To add the blankets on the beds we think hadn't been washed properly as looked like someone had blown their nose on it!

Lovely location, rooms were nice and clean with stunning views

Lovely lakeside view from room. Helpful staff in the bar & reception. A few minutes drive from Evesham and the Vale Crematorium nearby. Lots of parking spaces

The shower tilling & footstep has seen better days. There were two light fitting on our balcony & the one next door, only one had a light, the fitting without a light had exposed wires.
