"Nice staff but cleanliness is the issue."

The staff is very accommodating and nice

Cleanliness is the issue, the blanket is so itchy that we didn't use it. Bottled water you need to buy no complimentary for our stay.

"Not a proper location.."

Rooms were good

I didn't like the Facilities... No room intercom.., no complimentary water bottle.., for every request we have to go to the reception.. And above all there are no restaurants around.. for a cup of coffee we have to walk a big distance...

Peaceful and pleasant stay. Location is nearer to all important institutions, but in very narrow lane. Open Car parking available.

Restaurant not available. Bit costlier for the available facilities

"I forgot some credentials, they give me back my diary, book but they deniy for cloths of child"

Manager behavior is decent and helpful

If by mistake you forgot your credentials specially cloths you will never get it back...that's the worst part..

"The room is not family friendly. Its for bachelors."

There was no breakfast. I had a bad time finding the location. Nobody answered the phone calling multiple times.

Room size, bathroom, not suitable for family. There was lot of noise and bachelors smoking, drinking.
