There was not a single thing to like about this place

Arrogant front desk guys, both of them!! No lift in this building and no help to carry the luggage back to the vehicle, which was parked in a space 2 buildings after. 4.15 am calling bell rings and this front desk guy comes to ask us to take out our car from parking 'cos another car had to be moved out!! Can you imagine someone ringing the bell to wake you up/disturb at that hour?? When questioned, you get an arrogant response for that also. How insensitive and insensible can they be?? Photos shown in the Booking.com App is so very deceiving!! Room is so conjusted and not dusted properly, no proper hot water. Intercom also doesn't work to ask somebody at the front desk if we need any help. When we asked for bed linen and towels, the guy gets angry when I followed-up 'cos they didn't show up for quite sometime. Overall, a very disturbing stay at this place and WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY!!
