the animal experience was amazing

Lynx room as very hot at night, with no aircon or fan

I loved the lions all around the property but I wish the receptionist could have told us that they were that close to our rooms so we wouldn’t freak out to hear a roar just by the window

The receptionist decided to remove the food from the self service point before we could finish eating, the food was precisely calculated to the quantity each of us should eat, there was only one jar of juice which was not refilled. There were no cereals provided which I thought we would also get. Our rooms had a not so fresh smell.

The bathroom was dusty

Comfy bed, basic but okay breakfast included, environmental awareness present. Safety is good. Looked gate up front. Interesting to see different predator cats at the lodge. For me it felt like a zoo and I don’t like zoos. But decide for yourself.

My room needs attention. Due to the thunderstorm next to the door (not on the bed) rain drives through the roof. When the storm cooled off, no rain got it eventually. Wi-Fi and power weren’t stable probably also due to the thunderstorm.

Glad nie iets waaroor ek negatief sou wees nie.

Food could do with some work and they shouldn't be cutting up carcasses so close to the accommodation, has a very strong pungent smell.
