"Lovely lodge, super comfortable and super tastefully decorated to mae you enjoy your safari experience as soon as you ar"

This lodge is luxurious, super comfortable, very well equipped and makes you feel like you are living the safari since you arrive with Pumbas and impalas just roaming around the backyard. Rooms are spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Distances in hoedspruit are looong, the closest commercial area from the lodge is 4kms away. Thanksfully our lovely landlord arranged transportation for us to go grocery shopping. We really enjoyed our stayed and would love to go back if ever back in Hoedspruit

Check out in South Africa are generally earlier than in other places. In this case was at 10am, with the cleaner already coming in 8:30am already. Our flight was at 15:30hrs and there isn’t much to do in the area apart from a supermarket and a couple of shops 4kms away

Warthogs Rest ist eine schöne Unterkunft die auch täglich, während unseres Aufenthalts, u.a von Warthogs besucht wurde. Die Atmosphäre in und um Warthogs Rest lädt ein, Afrika genießen zu können und wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Wir hatten leider etwas Pech während unseres Aufenthaltes mit ein paar nicht ganz so schönen Ereignissen. Die Vermieter haben jedoch schnell Abhilfe geschaffen um uns eine schöne Woche zu ermöglichen.

"Stunning, loved it"

Stunning place, was definitely the highlight of our trip to South Africa. Really peaceful, beautiful rooms all with outdoor showers, super helpful and communicative staff. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer, and would definitely be top of the list for the next trip.

This is an amazing facility. Beautifully designed, supporting comfort and privacy through the separate bedrooms from the main house. It is peaceful, quiet and gorgeous. I recommend this property 110%.

It is one amazing property! It is so beautiful and very well suited for families and friends. It is quiet, and a lovely place to put your feet up. The owners are wonderful and go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable.
