White Cross Bay make a one off charge for unlimited use of the pool and facilities during your stay. Dogs staying the lodge incur a fee per stay. 1 Dog is £25, 2 Dogs £38. This lodge allows a maximum of 2 medium sized dogs, which must be over 12 months old and house trained. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Accused of damaging a tiolet seat. Took a reduction from our deposit. Would not listen or recognise our response. We feel that we have been robbed. Nevet again

it was cozy, comfortable and good location.

Neighbours hot tub too close to our bedroom, noise until early hours.

The lodge was lovely, clean, comfortable and had everything you needed (utensils, pots/pans, washing up liquid, towels, condiments). There was a free bottle of wine and a welcome note which was a nice touch. There's a shop onsite and the holiday park staff are very nice and polite. We used the spa and swimming pool for £7.95 each which I thought was very reasonable as this is a one off payment for the duration of your stay. The lake is a 2 minute walk round the holiday park and you can sit there and relax all day if you want. I particularly enjoyed just relaxing with a book on the veranda surrounded by trees and a little robin that came to visit. It was beautiful, thank you.

Nothing at all to do with the lodge or the holiday park itself but, it would have been nice if there was a nice walk into Windermere from the holiday park. Unfortunately, to my knowledge the only way into Windermere is along a very busy A road (for 75% of the way) which wasn't a particularly enjoyable walk.

lovely décor throughout the whole lodge and very cosy.

It did get cold at night for my baby but nothing to do with the hosts or property just Englands weather, nothing the heating didn’t fix.
