The hike was fantastic. The waterfall was really nice. Everyone enjoyed it

The cabin was nice, but we had no towels. It would have been nice if we had been notified that towels would not be given. The staff can be more helpful in just removing the trash from the room and the braai facilities. The rooms are also not the cleanest can be better cleaned. Overall, the appliances and kitchen are well stocked.

"Hospitality can do better"

The venue was beautiful and the hiking trail was clearly marked

I checked out on a Monday and was woken up by the maintenance staff hammering and grinding, the noise at 06:50 was too much. The owner came to my cabin in the morning to remind me that check out is 10:00 and requested that we switch off the AC, while the cabin was cold and it was early in the morning. The website said the units had towels but when I asked the owner for towels he stated that they no longer offer towels to guests as they are stolen, I was not impressed as the shower sprays to the toilet and basin and every where is slippery and there is nothing to use for wiping.

"Quaint Waterfall"

Lovely location with waterfall Comfortable lodge with lovely shower and kitchen Animals eg Kudu walking around

Poor cell reception and no wifi (could be seen as advantage to disconnect) Toilet seat needs repairing

Nice location. Everything was clean and conformable. Nice hot showers. Had a good sleep.

The person who assisted us upon our arrival was very unfriendly, not helpful at all. He actually became insulting just because I asked him to please speed up after we arrived in the total darkness. We had to phone him to meet us. He then kept us waiting without communicating. When I approached him, he became more aggressive and even said that he does not need guests like us at their premises. He was very unhelpful and rude, and it was an upsetting experience.
