L'alloggio caldo, ampio e confortevole. Una bella accoglienza, Ottima cena e colazione. Ci siamo sentite accolte e coccolate in ogni dettaglio. La camera era sul fiume con un bel terrazzino

Le indicazioni per arrivarci. Siamo arrivate di sera, quando il sole era già tramontato e a un certo punto ci stavamo arrendendo e tornando indietro. E' praticamente immerso in un bosco a 5 km dalla strada. Un po più di segnaletica ci avrebbe rassicurate

The stay was too short. Would have loved to see more of the place and the wild game.

The best place to get away and forget about all you worries and rest properly.

Unfortunately we got stuck in poor weather and didn't make it to the lodge for our stay but they were so kind to reach out and make sure we were safe, and offered any help we needed that i still wanted to leave a good review. Will make sure to make it here next time around.

Glorious location. Clearly been there for many years. Well-established, enormous trees, views that go on forever (we were overlooking the small waterfall)from our private deck. West facing so a beautiful sunset and shaded from the early morning sun too. Comfy bed, good shower, excellent Wifi. We only stayed one night so didn't have time to see things like the Hippo Pool or go for a game drive but we saw lots of buck (including around the beautiful pool) and a delightful giraffe family. We paid the extra for dinner which was well cooked, well presented and tasty if rather on the heavy side for a warm summer evening. And my request for gluten-free was fully accommodated!

Tea bags were rationed - there were only two in our room and though we did get 2 more when we asked, there's clearly 'portion control' going on. The more suprising thing was that there weren't even two rusks to go with our two tea bags.... 🤔. There is a mosquito machine but...no vapes to put in it! Also (and this is serious): no actual coffee with breakfast (such as a French press / plunger or even filter), just plastic tubes of some kind of instant coffee and a few rooibos tea bags ☹️. When I asked about this, the staff just looked puzzled. The fruit salad was minimal and mostly made up of apple. My last gripe is that there was only one tiny plastic packet of shampoo (& one of shower gel) and no hand soap. Best take your own in both cases.
