We have liked everything! Absolutely cannot understand what kind of problems was experienced some people, that have left bad reviews. If you afraid something just read more about place and don't worry about people they are awesome! It can be cold, but in period from October to April low temperatures (about 15 and even below) especially in nights are normal in that part of country. There can be too many moscitos and other insects - just be ready for that (especially in bungalow type of room). Have read review about karaoke - are you serious? This is big tradition in Vietnam, and don't forget that we are guests here, i think we must respect that tradition or at least be a little indulgent with that. As i think it looks really nice and cute. The hosts did everything for our comfortable staying, they were really cared of us like about members of family :) And all this with no speaking English! :) They just have a lot of desire to help and absolutely kind and positive way of life. We are really appreciate hosted for time spend on their homestay and recommend to everybody this place!

There is nothing to like about this place, it’s vile.

The room was a dilapidated, filthy dirty shed. It was very unsafe and does not look like the photos at all. The owner clearly did not want us there, we tried being friendly but got nothing in return. Very unwelcoming. The home stay is next to a very busy, noisy road (beep, beep, beep constantly). It’s like sleeping in a run down garden shed next to the M25 motorway. Very loud, booming music playing, to the point where the plastic screen windows were shaking. When we complained to the owners they laughed at us. Only stayed the night because we unable to book another room nearby.
