"A perfect last minute break"

"An ideal location to access all the facilities with a very obliging host."

The property was clean, tidy and well-equipped. The host provided lots of information and checked before and after the visit that we had everything we needed to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

The balcony to the caravan the seating area to the out side bit. The part where everything was in one area and it was all fenced off so my children were save once you showed your passes.

I thought the menu could have been a bit better at night time for the food. The breakfast menu was great loads to choose from. But lacked a bit at tea time.

"Excellent stay"

Excellent accommodation; very clean, with well equipped kitchen and comfy lounge area. A really good location to explore the area with easy driving range to both Lincoln and Boston. We didn't use the facilities on site due to having other plans but there is a charge for them. Great communication from the hosts and would not hesitate to stay again if in the area.
