INININRoom is OK. Entry is so horrible. No one knows that reception is at 2nd floor. You can make entry as user friendly. Very much disappointed at the entry point.
Bed mattress is so loose .
INWe have not taken breakfast. Because they are not kitchen.
The entrance is difficult for a disabled person
