Maintenance of lift & staff response to guests not much friendly. Charged for a water bottle & for extension of 3 hours rs 1000/ & water bottle rs 20. Noone charges for a water bottle. Controll if ac is dual in the reception which is very bad. Everytime i need an ac i have to request to reception to switch on very bad
