"We had a lovely overnight stay and would highly recommend the Furrows Lodge"

The Lodge was within walking distance of everything. Our host, Althea, was very friendly and offered advise and information about the town and directed us to a superb restaurant, Die Waenhuis, for dinner.

There was nothing that we did not like.

"Furrows will be our first choice on returning."

An interesting new modern look and feel with all facilities well thought out and provided. Easy access to the village so we walked everywhere. Our host was super attentive and helpful. The garden area allows for places to relax.

The interior and exterior are on another level and is so aligned to our taste. Althea's warm personality made us feel at home on arrival and the info received before arrival was of great help.

"Nieu-Bethesda, a little gem."

Ever heard of Nieu-Bethesda, the owl house? We were very pleased to eventually visit Nieu-Bethesda, even more so when we arrived at Furrows Lodge. The room (outside) was spacious and well equipped. The setting is in and amongst trees, tranquil. Swimming pool and braai facilities are also available. Try "Die Waenhuis" Restaurant for a meal (part of Furrows Lodge). Everything is within walking distance. Highly recommended.
