I like the hospitality of the staff, very polite and helpful. I used public transport to get there from joburg and didn't know where to get off, also got delayed. The staff was very helpful and he end up coming to fetch me in elim since it was a bit late to take a local taxi, also dropped me off to the main road in the morning to take a taxi.

I like everything about the place, is clean with beautiful surroundings.

"La KONTANA LIFESTYLE - NOT AS GOOD"

The location is convenient and nice.

There was no hot water in the room. No light in the bathroom or shower. The staff were not friendly, it felt like we were disturbing them. We were just shown the key and the room and that was it.
