I didn’t like a thing I even left without sleeping in there.

The staff need to loosen up a bit. We phoned so many times to be told that isn’t his fault that we waited for long. He told us that we can even cancel since we didn’t pay to him but booking.com. I was so embarrassed since m the one who booked the place.
