Had the best time! We came here to relax at the end of a Botswana, South Africa road trip. The lodge is beautiful and peacefully located. The view is amazing. The staff is just the best. We felt so “at home” here. It is not a big 5 game place, but they state what game they have on their website so we were fully aware of this. We enjoyed the game drive very much due to great explanations. If you are coming for a relaxing getaway in the bush, and not for a big 5 safari, this is the place!

Amazing location in the Waterberge with a breathtaking view. We had a delicious homemade meal, potjiekos (beef stew) for dinner. Staff were friendly and professional and went out of their way to make it comfortable for us. Saw some beautiful Buffalo on our game drive. They even had delicious wines from the Boland :-) Thank you

Far from everything. Beautiful set up. Friendly staff who were willing to attend to my many extra requests. Super quite. The spa was incredible. The food was great. Everything was perfect!

I drove a low car (normal hatchback) and the gravel road is quite difficult to drive on. It took us over an hour to drive on gravel (which is around a 10kms drive) as we had to drive at 10 to 15 kms/h so we don’t damage the car. Nevertheless, it was all worth it! I’d recommend taking a bigger car to the lodge.
